Miranda Lambert Reveals New ‘Very Country’ Album: ‘You Can Tell We Made It in Texas’

At a recent Lone River Collective event in Frisco, Texas, Miranda Lambert shared exciting news about her next album, revealing it will be “very country.” 

The musician explained that she recorded the album at Arlyn Studios in Austin, marking her first time making an album in Texas since she was 18. Lambert collaborated closely with Jon Randall, her longtime friend, co-writer, and co-producer.

Returning to her home state felt right for this new chapter in her career, especially after signing with Republic Records. Lambert praised her new team for reigniting her passion and inspiration, focusing purely on the music.

Lambert released the first track from her upcoming album, ‘Wranglers’, giving fans a taste of what’s to come. This album will be her first new solo project since Palomino.

After leaving Sony Music, Lambert signed with Republic Records in partnership with Big Loud. She expressed her excitement about the new collaboration, emphasising the creative freedom and energy they bring.

Lambert also shared her admiration for Katie Beal Brown, the founder of Lone River Ranch Water, highlighting Brown’s Texas roots and entrepreneurial spirit. Lambert’s connection to Texas and her enthusiasm for her new album promise an exciting era for the country superstar.
