Natalie Portman and Rosamund Pike faced a familiar wardrobe issue at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards! The actresses found themselves grappling with their dresses that got entangled during the star-studded event. Portman, 42, shared a close-up photo of the encounter on her Instagram Story.
In the photo, Portman noted that it was the third time her dress and Rosamund Pike's dress got connected at the Golden Globes. Portman attended the event wearing an embroidered Dior Haute Couture gown featuring a unique multicoloured floral design at the bottom. Her slicked-back hair showcased silver DeBeers earrings.

As a Golden Globe nominee for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for her role in ‘May December,’ a film loosely based on the true-crime case of Mary Kay Letourneau, Portman attended the event. However, the award went to Emma Stone, who dedicated her win to her husband, Dave McCary.

"It's been a significant shift for me. In my twenties, I felt constrained by it, thinking, 'This is superficial and doesn't hold much meaning.' Then I became a parent, and now I appreciate it more. When I'm not covered in avocado and sweat, and people are taking care of me, it feels delightful. I truly enjoy it now," she shared in December.
Natalie Portman, who has two kids, Aleph (12) and Amalia (6), with Benjamin Millepied, revealed that motherhood has influenced her perspective on the roles she chooses. She explained, "A significant part of my decision-making now revolves around what will impress my kids. Being on the Thor set and flying around with stuntmen was a thrilling experience for them."

Rosamund Pike, 44, also attended the event as a nominee, being recognized for the Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture category for her work in ‘Saltburn.’
Despite not winning, Pike shared that her decision to wear a lacy, all-black ensemble with a headpiece was inspired by a skiing accident during the Christmas holiday. While she mentioned being "healed," she expressed her newfound affection for the accessory, saying, "I kind of fell in love with the look."
