Nick Jonas Joins Esteemed amfAR Cannes Lineup For 2024

amfAR is making its prestigious return to the Cannes International Film Festival this month, with the exciting announcement that Nick Jonas will be taking the stage at the amfAR Gala Cannes in May. 

This exclusive black-tie event, highlighted by a special musical performance by Cher, will be gracefully hosted by Demi Moore. The gala holds significant importance as it has already raised an impressive $264 million for amfAR’s vital AIDS research programs, which continue to save countless lives.

The splendid amfAR Gala Cannes is set to take place at the stunning Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, promising an evening of exceptional entertainment, an exclusive live auction of luxurious items, experiences, and exquisite art curated by renowned auctioneer Simon de Pury. Kevin Robert Frost, the CEO of amfAR, expressed his enthusiasm about the addition of Nick Jonas to this year’s Cannes lineup.

Nick Jonas’s participation in the gala comes amidst a recent setback, as he had to reschedule several dates of the Jonas Brothers’ highly anticipated tour due to about of influenza-A. Despite this temporary setback, Jonas’s dedication to providing his fans with exceptional performances remains unwavering. 

The rescheduled shows in Mexico City and Monterrey, now slated for August, are part of The Tour, which marks the Jonas Brothers’ most expensive tour yet, spanning 98 shows across 26 countries. Promoters in Mexico have assured fans that each night of The Tour will be a celebration of the Jonas Brothers’ illustrious career, featuring their greatest hits and beloved tracks from their five albums.
