During a stop on her ‘Pink Friday 2’ World Tour at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, the rapper stunned the audience with a special guest appearance by Cyndi Lauper for a live performance of ‘Pink Friday Girls’. This song prominently samples Lauper’s classic hit, ‘Girls Just Want to Have Fun’.
The electrifying moment unfolded towards the end of Minaj’s show, with the duo walking hand in hand down Minaj’s catwalk, delivering a dynamic rendition of ‘Pink Friday Girls.’ In a fan-captured video, the ‘Super Bass’ artist acknowledged Lauper as an icon and legend, igniting cheers from the crowd.
