Olivia Rodrigo Brings Out Noah Kahan For Duet at NYC Show 

Pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo surprised fans at her recent sold-out Madison Square Garden concert in New York City with a captivating duet performance. Joining her onstage was singer-songwriter Noah Kahan, who took the crowd by storm with their rendition of his hit song ‘Stick Season’.

Following the electrifying performance, both Rodrigo and Kahan took to social media to express their enthusiasm. Rodrigo shared a video of the duet on Instagram, accompanied by an endearing caption praising Kahan’s talent.  Kahan reciprocated the love, calling Rodrigo’s performance “better than the original.”

Fan reactions were equally effusive, with many expressing their delight on social media. For some, witnessing this unexpected collaboration was an unforgettable highlight.

This wasn’t the first time Rodrigo had showcased her appreciation for Kahan’s music. Last year, she performed a heartfelt cover of ‘Stick Season’ during her BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge appearance. Kahan was touched by the gesture, sharing a playful TikTok video reacting to her performance and playfully declaring it “her song now.”

The mutual admiration goes both ways. Shortly after Rodrigo’s cover, Kahan returned the favour with his own BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge performance, this time tackling Rodrigo’s song ‘Lacy’. Joined by his tour openers, Tiny Habits, Kahan delivered a captivating rendition that impressed even Rodrigo’s long-time collaborator, Dan Nigro.
