Olivia Wilde Posts Playful Photo of 7-Year-Old Daughter Daisy

Olivia Wilde recently shared a heartwarming moment with her daughter. The 40-year-old actress posted a rare photo on Instagram of her 7-year-old daughter Daisy, whom she shares with ex Jason Sudeikis. The picture captures Daisy playing in their backyard surrounded by palm trees, with her long hair tucked behind her ears as her mom snapped the photo. Wilde simply captioned the snapshot with a fairy emoji, “🧚”.

Earlier this summer, Wilde proudly shared an empowering note from Daisy on Instagram. In June, she posted a photo on her Instagram Stories holding up a small piece of paper with Daisy’s handwritten message: “I have a crush on nobody. I don’t need a boy.” Wilde captioned the photo with pride, “That’s my girl 👊.”

Speaking to PEOPLE earlier this year, Wilde expressed joy about spending time with her children. “We have so much fun. They’re so active. They’re musicians and they’re athletes and they’re just cool,” she shared. 

Wilde and her kids enjoy singing and playing music together, often indulging in karaoke sessions. She revealed their current favourite artists include Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, and Dua Lipa, with Taylor Swift being a particular household favourite.
