P!nk Tests Positive For Covid-19

In an unfortunate turn of events, Pink had tested positive for Coronavirus. The good news is that she finally beat it, and was tested negative just a few days ago. She tweeted two tweets telling us about it in sordid details.

After this affected her and her 3-year-old son so personally where they were both showing delayed symptoms and then tested positive through a private doctor, she decided to lead from the front. She donated a total of $1 million to charities that are fighting the good fight. Temple University Hospital Fund in Philadelphia and the COVID-19 response fund run by the Mayor’s Fund for Los Angeles both received a sum of $500,000 each. 

She was understandably miffed by the slow response time to everything and the state of affair around the country. This is what she said, “It is an absolute travesty and failure of our government to not make testing more widely accessible. This illness is serious and real. People need to know that the illness affects the young and old, healthy and unhealthy, rich and poor, and we must make testing free and more widely accessible to protect our children, our families, our friends and our communities.”
