Priyanka Chopra Reunites With Daughter Malti After Global Travels

Priyanka Chopra is enjoying some quality mother-daughter time after a hectic travel schedule. ‘The Love Again’ star, 41, posted a heartwarming photo on Instagram showing her hugging her daughter Malti, whom she shares with husband Nick Jonas. “After 42+ hours of travel around the world in a couple of days, this is all I needed ❤️🙏🏽,” Chopra captioned the image, which shows the 2-year-old smiling and holding a toy while her mom cuddled her.

The photo’s location was tagged as Australia’s Gold Coast, where Chopra is currently filming her upcoming action movie, ‘The Bluff’. Two days earlier, Chopra and Jonas, 31, had arrived in Mumbai, India, to attend billionaire heir Anant Ambani’s wedding to Radhika Merchant. During the Hindu wedding ceremony the couple wore traditional Indian attire—Jonas in a yellow lehenga set and Chopra in a dazzling pink sherwani.

They also showcased some dance moves in a fun video Jonas posted of Chopra dancing to ‘Barbie Girl’ ahead of the celebrations. “Clearly I missed chaat and dancing at baraats! What a special night it was celebrating two of the kindest, most gracious people I know,” Chopra wrote in a later Instagram post. “#Anant and @radhmerch1610 may God always protect your union. ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्ति 🙏🏽❤️🧿.”

Before their trip to India, the couple shared some wholesome family updates. Jonas posted Instagram photos of himself and Malti enjoying a day at an amusement park in Australia, where they posed with PAW Patrol characters Chase and Marshall. “❤️ we met Paw Patrol,” Nick captioned the post. 

Just days earlier, Chopra shared a montage of family moments with Malti while she was away filming ‘The Bluff’. “My angel baby, my best friend, my godson, my brother from another mother, and my actual mother. Nothing like family and friends to keep you rejuvenated,” she wrote. “Miss you gaga @nickjonas. Can’t wait til you’re here. #thebluff 🏴‍☠️ #homeiswheretheheartis #workingmom,” she added.

Chopra and Jonas married in late 2018 and welcomed their daughter via a surrogate in January 2022. For Father’s Day Chopra celebrated Jonas by sharing photos of him in dad mode, writing, “Watching you with my daughter fills my heart with gratitude. You’re an amazing dad and husband.”
