Rihanna lit up the blue carpet at the 'Smurfs' world premiere in Brussels, embracing the theme in a baby blue sheer Chanel outfit that highlighted her baby bump — and revealed a playful side of her musical taste.

While gearing up for her role as Smurfette in the highly anticipated animated film, the global pop sensation and savvy entrepreneur surprised fans by revealing an unexpected go-to karaoke anthem.

Speaking with Capital FM, Rihanna revealed that her current go-to karaoke song is 'Burning Blue' by Mariah the Scientist — a fitting nod to her new Smurfy world. The track, which dropped in May 2025, is already climbing charts and is the lead single from Mariah’s upcoming fourth studio album.

Rihanna's Role in 'The Smurfs' soundtrack

In addition to lending her voice to the film, Rihanna also debuted original music in The Smurfs soundtrack. Her new track, 'Friend of Mine', features an upbeat, synth-driven sound paired with vibrant visuals, psychedelic animations, and scenes of dancing Smurfs. The song is a heartfelt tribute to friendship, perfectly echoing the film’s core message of connection and loyalty.
