Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively Reveals Name of Fourth Baby at ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Premiere

Ryan Reynolds has just revealed the name of his and Blake Lively’s youngest child: Olin! At the NYC premiere of his new film ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Reynolds, 47, took the stage with his co-stars and director Shawn Levy. During his heartfelt speech at the David H. Koch Theater, he expressed gratitude towards Lively and playfully complimented her outfit.

“Her outfit is amazing, spoiler alert,” he joked, eliciting laughter from the audience. Reynolds also mentioned their children—daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4—as well as their newest addition, Olin. “I love that my entire family is here,” he said.

Reynolds and Lively, 36, welcomed their fourth child on February 12, 2023, but had not previously revealed the baby’s sex. In May, Reynolds hinted at the toddler’s name during an appearance on the ‘Today’ show.

Co-host Savannah Guthrie playfully suggested that Taylor Swift might be hinting at the baby’s name in her lyrics, referencing Swift’s song ‘Betty’ from her 2020 album ‘Folklore’, which includes the names of Reynolds and Lively’s older children. Reynolds responded with a joke, “We always wait for Taylor to tell us what the child’s name is, and I’ll say this: We’re still waiting.”

While Reynolds and Lively keep some details about their children private, Reynolds noted in a 2022 ‘Today’ show interview that they did not know the sex of their baby until birth, stating that they “never find out ’til [they’re born].”

‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is set to hit theatres on 25th July.
