Toby Ascher, the executive producer, expressed his enthusiasm about introducing Shadow into the Sonic cinematic universe, likening the film’s scope to an Avengers-level event. “With Shadow coming into ‘Sonic 3’ and some of the bigger things that we want to do, the Sonic franchise on the movie side is going to be these Avengers-level events,” Ascher revealed.

Directed by Jeff Fowler, ‘Sonic The Hedgehog 3’ reunites the core cast, featuring Ben Schwartz as Sonic, Colleen O’Shaughnessey as Miles “Tails” Prower, and Idris Elba as Knuckles. The film faced delays due to industry strikes but is now on track for its highly anticipated release later this year.
