The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter has unveiled her new album, ‘Many Moons, Many Suns’, a deeply personal and genre-defying project that captures the emotional landscape of the past few years of her life.

This album is particularly significant as it marks her first full-length independent release under her own label, TaylaMade Records.

Parx's journey to this point has been marked by significant achievements. She made a name for herself as a gifted lyricist behind major hits for renowned artists like Ariana Grande, Panic! at the Disco, Normani, BTS, and Alicia Keys.

Her success as a songwriter led to a deal with Atlantic Records, where she released her debut album, ‘We Need to Talk’. This was followed by her second album, ‘Coping Mechanisms’, which featured heartfelt tracks inspired by her then-girlfriend, Shirlene Quigley. The couple's relationship blossomed, and they became engaged the following year.

However, life took a turn, and Parx and Quigley decided to end their engagement. Around the same time, Parx parted ways with her major record label. These significant changes in her personal and professional life provided Parx with a wealth of experiences and emotions to draw from while creating ‘Many Moons, Many Suns’.

In an interview, Parx opened up about the process of making her new album. She shared how she consciously decided to scale back on writing for other artists to focus on her own music. She also touched on whether Quigley has heard the songs that reflect their relationship and how creating this album helped her find positivity and healing.
