MTV has unveiled the full list of nominees for the forthcoming awards show, with Taylor Swift leading the pack with an impressive 10 nominations, closely followed by Post Malone with nine nods. Ariana Grande, Eminem, and Sabrina Carpenter each secured six nominations, while Megan Thee Stallion and SZA earned five each. LISA, Olivia Rodrigo, and Teddy Swims also received four nominations each.
Among the 29 first-time nominees are Benson Boone, Tyla, Chappell Roan, Jelly Roll, Rauw Alejandro, Sexxy Red, Victoria Monét, and more. In the highly anticipated Video of the Year category, Swift is aiming to extend her record-breaking streak. She is up against Grande, Billie Eilish, Doja Cat, Eminem, and SZA.
Swift is looking to achieve a unique milestone by becoming the first artist to win the category five times. Fans can cast their votes for their favourite nominees starting now at vote.mtv.com, with the voting period open until the end of the month.
