Taylor Swift Performs ‘Safe & Sound’ And ‘Untouchable’ For The First Time in a Decade
Taylor Swift surprised her fans in São Paulo, Brazil, on 25th November with a musical treat, performing two seldom-heard tracks during her night concert at the Allianz Parque stadium. The singer shared with the São Paulo crowd that this has become a tradition for her, dating back to ‘The Eras Tour.’
During her acoustic set, Swift showcased her commitment to keeping things fresh by delivering songs she either hasn’t played before or hasn’t performed in a very long time. Expressing her enthusiasm, she mentioned, “Both songs I am playing tonight I have never, ever played on this tour.”
First in the lineup was a rendition of ‘Safe & Sound,’ a haunting track from ‘The Hunger Games’ soundtrack, played on the guitar. The song, originally recorded with ‘The Civil Wars,’ hadn’t graced Swift’s stage in a decade, last heard during her ‘Red Tour’ in 2013.

Following this, Swift switched to the piano for a heartfelt performance of the ballad ‘Untouchable.’ Although Swift had re-recorded this track for ‘Fearless (Taylor’s Version),’ the São Paulo concert marked the first live performance of the song since 2011.
The surprises didn’t end there. The first night in São Paulo witnessed the live debut of ‘Now That We Don’t Talk,’ a gem from the ‘1989 (Taylor’s Version)’ vault. Swift playfully teased the crowd, saying, “I’ve never performed this one live before. Let’s see how I do with it.” This unexpected treat was followed by a rare rendition of ‘Innocent’ from the ‘Speak Now’ album, performed on the piano.

Swift’s musical journey in Brazil continued with a third night scheduled at São Paulo’s Allianz Parque stadium.
