Taylor Swift has reportedly been granted a temporary restraining order against a man accused of stalking her at her Los Angeles home. According to Billboard, court documents show that Judge Debra R. Archuleta instructed 45-year-old Brian Jason Wagner from Colorado to remain at least 100 yards away from Swift until 30 June. The singer expressed concern for her safety as well as her family’s.
Swift filed the request on 6 June, claiming that Wagner had made disturbing and false assertions about their relationship. She stated that he had allegedly claimed to live at her home, be in a relationship with her, and believed she was the mother of his son — assertions she dismissed as false and entirely detached from reality.

Alleged Stalker’s Repeated Visits and Jailhouse Obsession Detailed
The documents further stated that Wagner initially showed up at Swift’s residence in July 2024, allegedly carrying a glass bottle that could potentially have been used as a weapon. He had also allegedly tried to collect her mail and had returned multiple times as recently as last month. Swift said she had never publicly shared the location of her home, nor provided that information to Wagner, making his repeated presence there all the more concerning.
It was reported that Wagner’s fixation on the singer may have begun during a period of incarceration, during which he is said to have written lengthy communications claiming he was in a relationship with her.
In separate news, Swift will no longer be involved in the legal dispute between actors Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively. A subpoena issued to her by Baldoni’s legal team last month — which claimed she had witnessed key discussions between the two — has now been withdrawn.
Meanwhile, some of Swift’s fans believe the artist may have subtly hinted at her next album in a recent post celebrating the recovery of her remaining master recordings.
