Taylor Swift Swallows Bug While Performing, Hilariously Asks Crowd for Help

Taylor Swift is no stranger to surprises on stage, especially when it involves swallowing a bug. During her third Eras Tour show in London, while passionately performing the extended version of ‘All Too Well,’ the 34-year-old singer accidentally inhaled a bug mid-song.

As Swift sang the poignant lyrics, “And forget why I needed to,” she suddenly began coughing and humorously turned to the Wembley Stadium crowd, asking for their assistance: “I swallowed a bug, can you sing?” The moment, captured on video by TikTok user alexaelizabethh, marked the second time on this tour that Swift has had this amusing mishap. Back in December during a Chicago performance, she quipped about it, saying it was “delicious.”

Undeterred by the bug incident, Swift continued to deliver a stellar performance. In another unexpected twist during her ‘Tortured Poets Department’ segment, her boyfriend Travis Kelce surprised the audience by joining her dancers on stage to assist with a costume change. Kelce, looking stylish in a top hat and jacket, helped Swift switch into her ‘I Can Do It With a Broken Heart’ attire, delighting the crowd with his cameo.

Additionally, singer Gracie Abrams made a special appearance during the surprise songs segment, performing her new track ‘Us’ alongside Swift. The eventful London weekend also saw notable attendees including members of the royal family — Prince William, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis — who joined Swift’s Friday concert to celebrate Prince William’s 42nd birthday.

Among the audience were Travis Kelce’s brother Jason Kelce and sister-in-law Kylie Kelce, who attended with enthusiasm, donning Swiftie friendship bracelets. This was their first Eras Tour show, and they were visibly touched by the warm reception from Swift’s fanbase.

Travis Kelce, a steadfast supporter of Swift throughout her tour, has previously attended her concerts in various cities around the world, including Paris, Sydney, Kansas City, and Buenos Aires, where Swift dedicated lyrics to him during her performances. The London shows marked the continuation of Swift’s successful European leg after kicking off with a memorable stint in Paris earlier in May.
