Taylor Swift Thanks Sweden for The “Most Generous, Excitable, Magical Crowds” During Eras Tour

Taylor Swift bids farewell to Sweden for now, but the memories of her “magical” experience will linger.

The 34-year-old pop icon concluded her three-date Eras Tour run at Stockholm’s Friends Arena, treating fans to additional songs from her recent album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department’ (TTPD). Reflecting on the series of concerts the following day, Swift took to Instagram to express her gratitude to the Swedish audience for their overwhelming support.

“Stockholm!!!! Thank you for being the most generous, excitable, magical crowds, and for breaking the all-time attendance record for the stadium all 3 nights,” Swift wrote alongside stunning photos from the shows.

She hinted at a potential return, saying, “Can’t believe this was our first time playing in Sweden – but it won’t be our last… 🇸🇪 🥰.”

During her final show in Stockholm, Swift premiered her TTPD track ‘How Did It End?’ live for the first time, delighting attendees. This performance was part of her ongoing European and U.K. Eras Tour, which began in Paris, France, earlier in the month.

Swift also surprised Stockholm audiences with mashups like ‘I Think He Knows’/’Gorgeous,’ ‘Say Don’t Go’/’Welcome to New York’/’Clean’ on 18th May, and ‘Message in a Bottle’/’How You Get the Girl’/’New Romantics’ on 19th May.

Before her Sweden concerts, Swift enjoyed a brief break with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, in Lake Como, Italy, from 13th-17th May. The couple indulged in romantic moments, including late-night walks and a rainy boat ride, making the most of their “four relaxing days of rest.”

Now back on tour, Swift is gearing up for her upcoming shows in Lisbon, Portugal, on the 24th and 25th of May, followed by Madrid, Spain, on the 29th and 30th of May. Her overseas tour dates will conclude in late August before she heads to Canada for the final leg of her Eras Tour this fall.
