Taylor Swift Wins ‘Artist of the Year’ at 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards, Says ‘Many Exciting Things Ahead’

With the support of her loyal fan base, Taylor Swift won the coveted ‘Artist of the Year’ title at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards!

Although the 34-year-old pop sensation was not present at the Los Angeles ceremony on 1st April, she graciously accepted the fan-voted award through a pre-recorded speech in which she expressed gratitude for the recognition and hinted at “exciting things coming up.”

AJ McLean of Backstreet Boys and Lance Bass of NSYNC introduced Swift, who played her moving message for the crowd. Wearing a blue top with a gold necklace, she thanked her fans and iHeartRadio for their support throughout her career, mentioning the success of her most recent tour, the Eras Tour.

Swift gave some details about her plans, including the release of her eagerly awaited 11th studio album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department,’ on 19th April.

“Thank you for voting for me for this incredible honour — artist of the year,” Swift said. “I am so blown away and so thankful, and I just can’t wait to keep having fun with you guys because we have a lot of exciting things coming up.”

The success of Swift’s iHeartRadio Music Awards triumph builds on her successful Eras Tour and the release of her chart-topping re-recorded album, ‘1989 (Taylor’s Version).’

Swift led the nominations and competed in several categories at the awards ceremony, which was broadcast live from The Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on 1st April.
