'The Bikeriders’: Watch Austin Butler and Tom Hardy Man it Out in New Trailer

The highly-anticipated trailer for Austin Butler and Tom Hardy's upcoming movie, 'The Bikeriders', has finally arrived!

Directed by Jeff Nichols, known for his work on 'Midnight Special', the film was originally scheduled for release last year but was postponed due to the SAG-AFTRA strike. The official synopsis provided by Focus Features describes the film as follows: "The Bikeriders follows the rise of a midwestern motorcycle club, the Vandals. Seen through the lives of its members, the club evolves over a decade from a gathering place for local outsiders into a more sinister gang, threatening the original group’s unique way of life."

Speaking to actor Josh Brolin in an Interview magazine feature, Butler shared insights into his experience working alongside Hardy. He expressed his surprise at Hardy's ability to switch off his intensity between takes.

Reflecting on the film's atmosphere, Butler contrasted 'The Bikeriders' with other projects like 'Elvis' and 'Dune: Part Two', describing it as more intimate and independent. He appreciated the opportunity to immerse himself in a different cinematic space.

Discussing his interactions with Hardy, Butler admitted to having preconceived notions about the actor's serious demeanour. However, he discovered that Hardy was one of the funniest people he had ever met, often joking around on set until the moment action was called.

Comparing Hardy's approach to acting to legendary figures like Marlon Brando, Butler highlighted the actor's ability to transition seamlessly from relaxation to intensity when the camera started rolling.
