The film reveals that Godzilla’s species has existed for millennia, endowed with immense power. However, their existence faced a dire challenge with the emergence of the MUTOs, introduced as antagonists in the film ‘Godzilla’. 

These formidable creatures systematically decimated Godzilla’s kind, while simultaneously engaging in a brutal conflict with Kong’s species within the Hollow Earth. The central antagonist in the new film, Skar King, emerges as a mastermind behind the chaos. He manipulates Kong’s species to eradicate Godzilla’s kind, aiming to seize control of the surface world.
