They revealed that the show has been given the green light for a fifth and final season, bringing the epic saga to a satisfying close.

The statement signed off with a promise to meet fans “on The Continent.” While this news marks a proper conclusion for the Netflix series, the journey to this point hasn’t been without its challenges. Back in October 2022, lead actor Henry Cavill, famous for his role as Geralt of Rivia, took to Instagram to announce his departure after the third season.
