Tom Hardy and Lindsay Lohan Rumoured to Star in ‘Knives Out’ 3

The third ‘Knives Out’ movie is officially in the works and Daniel Craig is set to return as the sharp-witted detective Benoit Blanc. Following the reveal of the sequel’s title, ‘Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery’, the rumour mill is buzzing with potential cast members.

This week, sources suggest that Lindsay Lohan, Tom Hardy, Cailee Spaeny, and Josh O’Connor are in talks to join the ensemble cast, though nothing is confirmed yet. Lohan, who’s been making a notable comeback, starred in and produced the Netflix holiday movie ‘Falling for Christmas.’

She also made a cameo in the recent ‘Mean Girls’ reboot and starred in ‘Irish Wish’. Fans will be thrilled to hear she’s reuniting with Jamie Lee Curtis, a star from the first Knives Out film, for an upcoming ‘Freaky Friday’ sequel.

Tom Hardy has a busy year ahead with two major releases. First up is ‘The Bikeriders’ on 21st June, followed by ‘Venom: The Last Dance’ on 25th October. He’s also executive producing and starring in Gareth Evans’ action thriller ‘Havoc.’

Cailee Spaeny received high praise for her portrayal of Priscilla Presley in Sofia Coppola’s ‘Priscilla’, earning a Golden Globe nomination. She recently appeared in Alex Garland’s ‘Civil War’ and is set to star in ‘Alien: Romulus’, hitting cinemas on 16th August.

Josh O’Connor, best known for his award-winning role in ‘The Crown’, recently starred in ‘Challengers’ alongside Zendaya. He has also appeared in films such as ‘Emma’, ‘Aisha,’ and ‘Lee.’
