She talked about how she is a hands-on parent and emphasized spending quality time with her 12-year-old daughter Harper, who is the only child currently living at home.

Victoria and Harper emphasized the value of routine parenting responsibilities as chances for connection when they picked up a special snack for the preteen's school during a trip to the English grocery store chain Waitrose.
