Will Justin Bieber Perform at The NHL All-Star Game?

Justin Bieber took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his rehearsal pictures, sparking rumours about his potential performance at the upcoming NHL All-Star game in Toronto on 2nd and 3rd February. However, fans were disappointed to learn that Bieber will not be gracing the event. After much speculation, NHL Chief Content Officer Steve Mayer confirmed that the singer would be skipping the event due to health reasons.

The NHL All-Star game promises to be an extravagant affair with a stellar lineup of legendary stars set to grace the stage. Among them is Owen Riegling, renowned for his hit single ‘Old Dirt Roads,’ who will be kicking off the event.

Additionally, Tate McRae has secured a spot and will be performing during the second intermission. Actor Will Arnett and musician Michael Buble are also scheduled to make appearances at the event. Natalie Morris and ASL interpreters Lisa Dressler and Lisa Faria will be making noteworthy contributions to the NHL this season.

However, amidst the excitement, Justin Bieber’s absence from the event is attributed to his ongoing battle with Ramsay Hunt syndrome. This viral infection has affected Bieber’s ear and facial nerves, leading to facial paralysis.

In a video, ‘the Justice’ singer candidly shared, “Obviously, as you can probably see from my face, I have this syndrome called Ramsay Hunt syndrome. And it is from this virus that attacks the nerve in my ear and my facial nerves and has caused my face to have paralysis.”

Regrettably, the ‘Peaches’ singer will miss the NHL All-Star game due to these health challenges, leaving fans disappointed but understanding of the artist’s need to prioritize his well-being.
