Ye Channels His Inner Batman With The ‘Yemobile’
Ye once stated that he was riding in a ‘May-bike’ instead of a Maybach. Now Yeezy has been showing off the Yemobile instead of The Batmobile. Over the course of his career, the rapper formerly known as Kanye West has rapped about a diverse range of cars. The G.O.O.D. Music posse cut “Mercy,” dedicated to the luxurious Lamborghini vehicle, was a worldwide hit. A vehicle with a similar name made an appearance in the opening verse of “Dark Fantasy” from the album ‘My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy’, which many Kanye fans considered to be his magnum opus.
Again, speaking of automobiles, his verses on the Roc Nation track “Run This Town” include the following:
“It’s the fast life, we are on a crash course,
What you think I rap for? To push a f*ckin’ RAV4?”
Clearly, Ye now prefers to travel in automobiles of a more unusual make. On his Instagram story, he recently shared photographs of a black, narrowly made, sleek piece of machinery. The vehicle was dubbed the “Yemobile” in the caption, an apparent reference to Batman and his several Batmobiles over the span of his comic book and film existence:
Kanye West rode a futuristic four-wheeled tank-like machine through his formerly owned Wyoming ranch in the music video for “Follow God,” among other strange vehicle sightings during his career. We could all eagerly wait to see what he drives next.
