Lady Gaga was revealed as Rosaline Rotwood in Wednesday season 2 at Netflix’s Tudum event, closing the show with a spooky medley. She joins the cast after her song ‘Bloody Mary’ went viral, and is also set to launch her global ‘MAYHEM Ball’ tour.
Lady Gaga confirmed that Joaquin Phoenix and her will co-star in the upcoming sequel to Todd Phillips' 2019 movie 'Joker'.
The musician and actor, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, shared a trailer for the movie on 4th August, confirming her and Phoenix's participation in 'Joker: Folie à Deux'.
In June, Phillips shared a cover of the screenplay co-written with colleague, Scott Silver and a picture of Phoenix reading it, confirming that a Joker sequel was in the works.
At the Merkur Spiel-Arena in Düsseldorf, Germany, Lady Gaga debuted her new stage show to nearly 54,000 fans as part of the formal opening of ‘The Chromatica Ball’ on 17th July. She also gave the first live performance of her 2009 hit song ‘Monster’ in eight years.
