BTS Have Made Peace With Their Shadows

You might wonder who has the star power and pazzaz to gather a whopping 7 million views on their newly released video? None other than BTS, that’s who. They just dropped a sweeping musical performance to their hit single “Black Swan” and the fans lapped it all up.

The boys first released an art film for this track, a little before their album “Map Of The Soul: 7” premiered. The film saw the MN Dance Company performing contemporary, fusion, and urban dance in the video.

And a little after that, the song was first performed on “The Late Late Show with James Corden” last week and fans were thrilled to see the boys perform the whole choreography for the first time!

This video has a strong presence of the Jungian shadow concept which is prevalent through their entire album anyway. Very interestingly, the same concept is also observed in the 2010 Oscar-nominated film “Black Swan”. Between a grand theatre stage and the phenomenal use of lighting, this video’s a real visual treat!

With no prior announcement this is what the group managed to crack. It looks like the fans are definitely keeping up well with all the new songs and videos BTS areserving. So, watch out!
