Blackpink Is Going To Dominate Netflix

Netflix is getting K-Pop on board and just not any band, but the best girl group out there, Blackpink. The band which includes Jennie, Lisa, Rose and Jisoo, is all set to drop their documentary on the online streaming platform. They made their debut in 2016 and soon, became the highest-charting female Korean act on the Billboard Hot 100.

‘Blackpink: Light Up The Sky’ documentary will be out on October 14, 2020, on Netflix. The documentary will star the girls and their journey of reaching the top.

What Can You Expect Out Of The Documentary?

The show will be directed by Caroline Suh, who is also the director of Netflix’s Salt Fat Acid Heat. The producer will be none other than, RadicalMedia and the film will show us never seen footages of Blackpink.

From recording processes, the rollercoaster journeys of Blackpink and their performance at Coachella to reaching the Billboard with their latest single, ‘Ice Cream’ which features Selena Gomez, all of it will be there.

We honestly can’t wait to see this documentary, being able to see them a tad bit more is surely exciting. We are left wondering if Blackpink will show us the real us or it’ll be them living their reel lives. Just have to wait and watch.
