Dua Lipa Gears Up To Drop Fresh New Single ‘Fever’

Dua Lipa is revving her engines for a sparkling new single and the world just isn’t ready. The young star recently created waves with her remixed version of ‘Levitating‘ featuring DaBaby. And while it looks like her “Future Nostalgia” era is wrapping up, the star’s upcoming track will possibly be featured on the reissue of this record.

Dua recently took to social media to break the news on her upcoming single. Titled ‘Fever,’ this one was crafted alongside the Belgian singer, Angèle. 

The post Dua shared featured both stars grooving in tiny, lit-up room. They’re seen dancing between flashing screens and bright lights, leaving us to wonder whether the track will also be accompanied by its very own music video. Now, if you’d like a tad bit of context on Angele, she was one of 2018’s biggest breakout acts in French and Belgian pop. In 2019, Angele became one of the most sought for artists in France and Belgium and affirmed her feminism with the song “Balance ton quoi” in reference to the French #metoo movement. 

Circling back to the topic of buzzing collaborations. Miley Cyrus also recently hinted that her tie up with Dua would make its landing, “pretty soon“. Just last week, the former finally confirmed the title of her seventh studio record, “Plastic Hearts”. So, it’s just a matter of time before she treats us to a new single from this album. 

But before that, ‘Fever’ is set to make its descent this Friday, October 30th.
