Justin Bieber Sues for $20 Million in Sexual Assault Saga
This week has been rather difficult for the music industry. From Justin Bieber being accused of sexual assault by two women, to Hailey Baldwin leaving for Italy just the day after — the saga has unfolded horrifically. The list of sexual assault allegations have found two new celebrities and it is absolutely not good news.
Justin Bieber has denied the claims in a whelming manner, producing numerous receipts and photos to verify his whereabouts from the night of the alleged assault. Since then, he has issued multiple statements where he claims to be “working with twitter and authorities to take legal action.”
Now there is a legal document in place, viewed by the Blast, that claims the two women “fraudulently schemed to seek attention and fame by maliciously posting despicable, blatantly false, fabricated, defamatory accusations that Justin Bieber engaged in sexual assault,” and that “it is abundantly clear that these two individuals are trying to capitalize on the climate of fear permeating the entertainment industry.”
In addition to this, Justin Bieber has reportedly claimed that he has “indisputable documentary evidence” to prove that the women’s claims are “outrageous, fabricated lies.” In total he is seeking damages worth $20 million — that is $10 million each from anonymous accusers ‘Danielle’ and ‘Kadi’.
It is yet to be seen how the events of this unfortunate event will unfold but what is clear here is that Justin Bieber is not going down easy.
