Lil Wayne To Release “Free Weezy Album” on 4th of July
On the July 4, 2020, Lil Wayne will be revisiting his “Free Weezy Album” by making it available on all the digital platforms. The album is celebrating it’s fifth anniversary and also creating it’s own independence by coming online, on the 4th of July.
Lil Wayne‘s “Free Weezy Album” has 16 tracks which feature many artists like Jeezy, Wiz Khalifa, Cory Gunz, Euro, Capo, Junior Reid and more. The release was not going to take place until “Tha Carter V” arrived but seems like that’s going to take a while due to the ongoing turmoil. But it’s going to be here, we can’t hold in the excitement any longer.
At one point, Lil Wayne was clear that the album would only be available exclusively through the JAY-Z online streaming platform known as TIDAL. But seems like, he’s changed his mind. While the track list faces a few changes upon the digital release, fans are still overjoyed.
Some of the tracks from the OG version such as “I Feel Good,” “Thinking About You,” “He’s Dead” and “Without You” have been curiously omitted from the online stream.
