The Jonas Brothers Deliver a Treat: ‘I Need You Christmas’

Holiday season has officially kicked off in the Jonas Brothers’ household. The pop trio just released a brand new track, complete with the warmth and sparkle signature of all holiday music. And, fans are bound to tear up with this one. The track, titled, ‘I Need You Christmas’ details the group’s childhood memories of holiday season. Further, the track reaches fans and listeners with a message for hope during this tough year.

Upon release, the trio’s social media reflected a heartfelt message to fans. The Jonas Brothers wrote, “With having such a crazy year, we all really need something to look forward to.” They further continued, “The Holidays is a time that brings us together and is something that brings us joy in the darkest of times.” Speaking specifically of the need for the track at this time, Nick, Kevin and Joe shared, “Hopefully it can bring you guys the same feelings of warmth & happiness that creating it brought us.”

Following in the same vein of it’s many predecessors, the track is set to a mellow piano arrangement. Backed by harmonic strings, the Brothers’ voices are the sonic equivalent of an old Hollywood Christmas movie. In the chorus they croon, “Seasons Change/ Come and go/ But thereʼs one thing I know/ You’ll just stay the same/ You don’t ever change”.

‘I Need You Christmas’ marks the group’s second holiday track since making their comeback. Last year, the trio released ‘Like it’s Christmas’. In other news, 2020 has treated The Jonas Brothers well, them having being nominated at all the major award shows. Further, they scored Best Duo/ Group at the BBMAs this year, too.
