Travis Scott lends music for film

Travis Scott has a bunch of unexpected music projects under his belt. And, joining the list of music for visual projects (Fortnite, and more), is a new song for the upcoming Christopher Nolan film, ‘Tenet’. The track, titled ‘The Plan’, marks Scott’s first music project for film, and will release this Friday.

Travis took to social media earlier today, making the announcement, surprising fans world over. Accompanying the announcement was the official art and name of the song. There have been no music teasers yet. But, the track will arrive this Friday, hopping on to our playlists soon enough.

‘The Plan’ sees Travis working in a new environment. Working with Oscar-winning composer, Ludwig Göransso, and director, Christopher Nolan, the track promises a new look at Travis’ skills as a producer and rapper.

Offering insight into why Scott fit this project like a glove, Nolan said: “[his] voice became the final piece of a yearlong puzzle…his insights into the musical and narrative mechanism Ludwig Göransson and I were building were immediate, insightful, and profound.”

‘The Plan’ marks Scott’s first official release following his collaborations with Kid Cudi (‘The Scotts’) and Rosalia (‘TKN’). The track will be available on Friday, the 21st of August. And, a preview of the track will arrive later today.
