TWICE Confirms New Studio Album & October Comeback
Late last night, K-Pop girl group, TWICE, uploaded a schedule to their social media. This schedule detailed the promotional activities in store for their fifth-anniversary celebrations. In addition, it revealed some exciting news for fans world over. The 9-member girl group is slated to release a full-length studio album sometime in October.
Prior to the announcement, the group’s management addressed possibilities of an October comeback. And, now, following the big reveal, fans are gearing up for celebrations. Further, this full-length album will mark the group’s second ever studio album. Their last release, “Twicetagram”, was back in 2017. And, though this may be only their second full-length project, TWICE have become seasoned veterans of the K-Pop scene.
Their last release, a mini album titled ‘More & More’, was a commercial hit on homeground and gave them a boost of recognition in the global music scale. The project even landed them a spot on the Billboard 200 Albums chart. Further, the title track from the album (of the same name), performed well on the charts and showcased a new side of their musical roster.
TWICE will officially release the new album on the 26th of October. However, details like the name and single have not yet reached fans. So, keep your eyes peeled for updates.
