Zayn Malik Is All Set To Kick Off A New Era of Music With ‘Better’

Just yesterday, Twitter witnessed a flurry of activity following the few changes Zayn Malik made to his profile. The few crumbs he dropped immediately fueled fan speculations of a possible new album release. And now, we’ve finally managed to unravel some of the mystery surrounding Zayn’s latest move. It turns out that the former One Direction star is in fact landing with a brand new tune. 

Zayn took to social media to break the news of a fresh track titled, ‘Better’. The brief clip he shared hinted at a possible music video accompanying this song release. The teaser featured a mysterious figure peering at a shirtless Zayn through a pair of binoculars, while a vintage tape recorder spun in the background. 

The brief instrumental piece didn’t really offer a solid taste of the track, apart from the fact that it seems like a mellow ballad. But there’s only so much you can tell from a 15 second clip. Zayn simply captioned the post with the hashtag, ‘#better’. 

Fans are understandably in an absolute meltdown considering that this will be Zayn’s first solo single in two whole years. His sophomore album, “Icarus Falls” made its landing in December, 2018 and the star hasn’t been particularly active in the music scene since then. This year witnessed only one other collaborative track from Zayn, ‘Flames’ in league with R3HAB and Jungleboi. 

With this new track, Zayn will possibly be embarking on a new era in music and we’ll receive our first taste of it tomorrow, as ‘Better’ makes its landing.
