Xperience Session with Remo Fernandes

Goa-born Portuguese singer and musician, Remo Fernandes who is known for hit songs like ‘Maya Ya’ and ‘Maria Pitache’ has released a new song titled ‘Life in Words’.

Ayesha Barretto, the RJ from Indigomusic.com caught up with this music legend and pioneer of Indian pop music. Remo talked about how he finally got down to writing his autobiography and that his three passions in life are music, writing and drawing. He went on to say that he came to a point in his life where he decided to only work on these three things that he enjoyed doing. Remo added that he wanted to earn his living on this planet through these three things that he loved doing because it didn’t feel like work.

When asked what message he had for the aspiring musicians, he said, “Well, I would say the main thing is find your own style, your own voice. Make your own music. Be original and do it because you love it.”
