New Delhi’s musical virtuoso, Rohan Solomon, found solace and inspiration in the most unexpected places. Battling the challenges of mental health, his album in the making, featuring hits like ‘We Demand Change’ and ‘Victoria’s Secret,’ was languishing, incomplete.

Enter Harshit Verma, the co-producer, and composer, armed with orchestral pieces that breathed life into Solomon’s musical odyssey.

A pivotal Zoom call unfolded, intertwining Verma’s orchestral magic with Solomon’s existing symphonies. The fusion became the heartbeat of Solomon’s 20-track debut masterpiece, ‘Strung Out To Dry.’ Crafted over four years, this opus weaves a narrative of love, loss and resilience.

From the soul-searching journey depicted in ‘Croatia’ to the defiant anthem ‘We Demand Change,’ the album is a rollercoaster of emotions, entwined with the poignant touch of a grand string section.

The collaborative effort, meticulously pieced together, encompasses 52 minutes of musical brilliance, reminiscent of Solomon’s rock roots in Cyanide. As he reflects on the process, Solomon chuckles at the Cyanide comparison, acknowledging the spillage of his musical essence.

With the album out in the world, Solomon contemplates his musical future, hinting at a different direction. Yet, for now, he savours the accomplishment, letting the melodies of ‘Strung Out To Dry’ linger in the air.
