Xperience Sessions With Zachary Ray

RJ Rohit caught up with musician Zachary Ray. He became passionate about singing and music at a young age. His love for music inspired him to enroll at the renowned Berklee College of Music to study vocal performance and music business.

Zachary believes that music has the power to improve lives and promote healing for individuals everywhere. He has been instructing and training aspiring artists for 12 years by using his talent of music. He has spent ten of those twelve years in India, where he used his background in music to teach at the Calcutta School of Music. In 2015, he founded Chaitown Creatives, which is now known as Chaitown Community.

Zachary’s passion for music and sharing his story through lyrics led him to return to composing and recording his original music. He has collaborated with friends and musicians like Jody McBrayer (Avalon), Nathan Walters (PlusOne), Angie Miller (Zealyn) and Brandon Bee. He spent two years in America before returning to Mumbai, where he worked with several Indian artists and served as a representative for the Global Music Institute. During that time, he also wrote and recorded more original music.
