Drake in “Psychotic” Bets For Super Bowl Wagers $1Million

By Silviya Y

Drake has wagered nearly $1 million in a series of “psychotic” bets for the Super Bowl. He posted his bets online on Instagram! The game between Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles will take place at the State Farm Stadium in Arizona.  “My psychotic bets for Sunday are in @stake,” he wrote in the caption on Instagram. “Pls do not analyze the logic behind these bets. There is none.” The Instagram post shows the bets he has placed, including $700,000 on the Kansas City Chiefs winning the game, $50,000 on Patrick Mahomes being the Chiefs’ first touchdown scorer and $50,000 on JuJu Smith-Schuster being the Chiefs’ first touchdown scorer. He has also bet $50,000 on Kansas City Chiefs winning both halves, $30,000 on Chiefs winning each quarter, $25,000 on Travis Kelce winning MVP and $60,000 on a tight end winning MVP. Previously, he had won $2.1 million after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Championship game in January. He  has also lost a lot of bets, which has sparked the theory of a ‘Drake Curse’.

Penn Badgley Believes Taylor Swift’s ‘Anti-Hero’ is Perfect For His Character in ‘You’

By Silviya Y

Penn Badgley’s character, Joe in ‘You’ might relate to Taylor Swift’s ‘Anti-Hero’ according to Badgley himself! He was also seen lip-syncing to the song dressed as his character in a viral TikTok video. This was the first video he ever posted on his account, and yet it has garnered about nine million views as of now. In an interview, he gave all credits to Swift’s song for inspiring him to start his TikTok career.  “I thought for years, ‘I’ll get a TikTok when the time is right,’” he said. “And then when Taylor’s record came out, it just seemed the song wouldn’t have worked with anybody else. Me. Joe. Anti-Hero. Taylor Swift? It just was the perfect moment.” ‘Anti-Hero’ is Swift’s longest-running No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. When Badgley took to TikTok to post a video on the song, Swift herself commented “OMG!!!!” Badgley wears Joe’s trademark baseball cap in the video, and sings, “I’m the problem, it’s me.” Fans of the show ‘You’ will agree to the statement. Joe, like Swift, struggles with his insecurities and personal demons.
