Style Transformation: Christina Aguilera
Over the years, Christina Aguilera has made a significant mark on the music industry. She’s wowed the world with her husky, beautiful voice bringing forward some of the most stunning tracks. Honestly though, what would we do without classics like, ‘Hurt’, ‘Candyman’, ‘Fighter’ – this list is endless. And now, Christina’s celebrating the 10th anniversary of her sixth studio album, ‘Bionic’. To mark the occasion, she treated fans with a bonus track titled, ‘Little Dreamer’ which has been made available on all streaming platforms for the very first time. Amid all the celebrations, we’ve decided that after all, Christina Aguilera is an industry heavyweight – so why don’t we look at the star’s evolution over the years?
She’s always known to dress impeccably and here’s the proof:
1. 2011 Christina had a sharp fondness for black dresses and dark eyeshadow. Dare we call it her “emo phase”?

2. Only Christina Aguilera can put on a white shirt, star splattered blue pants and look this classy. Oh and we’re also really digging that candy coloured hair. 2012 saw a whole new side to the star.

3. Wow. Just wow. From those dazzling earrings to that gorgeous dress, 2013 Christina simply transformed into Marilyn Monroe.

4. Now, this is an exceptionally odd outfit but boy, does she glow in it. Who would’ve thought that pairing a tiny dress, polka-dotted stockings, a large white shirt and black hat could look this good? Even back in 2014, Christina was truly leagues ahead of all of us.

5. We just had to bring out this picture, because seeing her perform with that baby bump is possibly the most powerful thing you can ever witness. She also looks like she’s having a riot of a time.

6. Oof. Now that’s a really bold dress. It’s also worth mentioning that Christina’s possibly the only musician that can pull off that black-hat-look this well. She truly started the trend, huh?

10. Speaking of Disney, here she is at the 2020 ‘Mulan‘ premiere. The woman looks like a rose, standing there in those lovely hues of pink and red. Now, look back at her 2011 outfit and compare it with this. Mhmm, that’s what you call a style evolution.
