The American Music Awards Sees Sparkling Winner List
The American Music Awards just wrapped up and it proved to be quite the eventful night. For starters, some of the biggest names in music walked away with numerous awards, spanning across multiple genres and categories. Further, the night also witnessed a string of star-studded performances from the likes of The Weeknd, Billie Eilish, Justin Bieber and Shawn Mendes, BTS, Doja Cat and more.
So, without leaving even a minute to waste, we’re diving headfirst into the meat of the evening: the dazzling list of winners.

1. The American Music Awards saw Taylor Swift claim the spotlight time and again in some of the biggest categories like Artist of the Year, Favourite Music Video, Favourite Female Artist and more.
2. As expected, Doja Cat also walked away with the New Artist of the Year award.
3. BTS, who just created waves with the release of their latest album, “BE”, notched a win in the Favourite Social Artist and Favourite Group categories.
4. Justin Bieber also won big, bagging a win in the Favourite Male Artist Pop/Rock category.
5. Dua Lipa’s catchy retro treat, ‘Don’t Start Now’ scored in a win in the Favourite Song Pop/Rock category.
6. Harry Styles’ “Fine Line” album was showered with love after bagging the prestigious Favourite Album Pop/Rock award.
7. The Weeknd created quite the splash with his album, “After Hours” which allowed him to score some spectacular wins in all the R&B categories including Favourite Male Artist, Favourite Song and Favourite Album.
8. Bad Bunny lead the charge for all the Latin Music categories including the mammoth ones like Favourite Male Artist and Favourite Album.
9. The buzzing duo Dan + Shay notched a victory in the Favourite Song Country category with their gooey hit, ‘10,000 Hours’.
10. And finally, the late Juice WRLD was honoured as the Favourite Male Artist in the Rap/Hip Hop category.
