Celebrating Diwali with Indigo hues

Diwali came this year, and Indigo 91.9 decided to do things a little differently. We kicked the festivities off with our campaign ‘Light of Your Life’. Each RJ called upon their listeners to talk about that one person that has changed their life for the better; the one person who brought light into their lives.

Every show brought out some wonderful stories – from their spouses, to their children and even their pets, listeners pulled out their best, most heart-warming stories. Bringing the festivities in with happy tears, wide smiles and full hearts proved to be a great alternative to all the gifting and buying is part and parcel of Diwali.

But, you know what they say – all good things must come to an end and so did our ‘Light of Your Life’ program. It ended with a lovely winner nominating her son for the Diwali Decor Makeover we promised. Watch on to see how the Indigo fam, along with the talented people of ‘Go Boho Decor’ – Shefali and Varun, changed things up and brought some light into Aakash’s room this Diwali!
