BLACKPINK Just Caught the Attention of the Pussycat Dolls

High off the victory of their latest tune, ‘How You Like That,’ BLACKPINK have garnered a flood of praise from a number of musicians. And the sweetest of the lot, was none other than the Pussycat Dolls.

‘How You Like That’ just became the highest charting single by a girl group in Digital Song Sales chart history. The song’s current spot ties a record set by Pussycat Doll’s ‘Don’t Cha’. Acknowledging this, the seasoned girl-group, led by Nicole Scherzinger, were quick to gush, taking to Twitter to put out a sweet, “Congrats girls!!!” along with a fire and heart-eyed emoji.

And yet, this is but one among the many records BLACKPINK have broken with their fiery new tune. The music video also scored an all-time record for the biggest YouTube premiere, notching a whopping 1.66 million views. Oh and in 24 hours, this number grew to 86.3 million views, setting yet another record. Taking these wins into consideration, even the Guinness Book of Records have saved a spot just for them.

BLACKPINK have kept their fans on their toes with a slew of fantastic teaser images, showing all four-members donning gorgeous fits – complete with matching hairdos. Their last comeback, ‘Kill This Love’ entered the music scene in April 2019, so it’s no surprise that fans have been itching for a full-length album since.

The girls have barely dished out any other details on their upcoming album, but we can bravely say that it will possibly hold a treasure chest of songs, ready to make their landing on the top of charts, world over.
