Britney Spears Announces Engagement To Sam Asghari

The wedding bells are ringing for Britney Spears who announced her engagement with boyfriend Sam Asghari on Sunday(September 12).

“I can’t fucking believe it !!!!!! “, she wrote for a video she posted where she shows the big rock on her finger and kisses a smiling Sam Asghari.

The ‘Baby one more time’ singer is on cloud nine as she celebrates her engagement to boyfriend, Sam Asgahari. The two had started dating since they met in 2016 during the shoot for the “Slumber Party” music video. The announcement comes days after her father, Jamie Spears, filed to end the court conservatorship that has controlled the singer’s life and finances for 13 years.

In a court hearing back in June, the singer had shared that she wanted to have a child with Asghari but due to the conservatorship, she was not allowed to remove an intrauterine device for birth control. Britney has two sons from her first marriage with Kevin Federline.

Sam Asghari also took to his Instagram handle to let the world in on this happy moment as he posted a picture of the couple sharing a kiss. He had engraved the ring he gifted Britney with the word, ‘Lioness’, the pet name that he refers to her as.

The two definitely seem to be very much in love and we wish them all the luck in the world for a beautiful journey ahead!
