“Hated Louis, but we hid it well”

In a recent interview, the oldest member of One Direction – Liam Payne opened up on the dynamics between him and fellow member Louis Tomlinson.

With all the drama surrounding the relationships between various band members, what with the feud between former band member Zayn Malik and Tomlinson being a major point of scrutiny on social media, the band has always had to entertain questions about the state of affairs. Now, all the members have ventured out into their successful solo careers and while some choose to keep their lips sealed and stay diplomatic, Louis and Liam have never shied away from expressing their true feelings.

Liam dove into further detail and gave fans a shocking inside scoop when he said that that he and Louis had quite a trying relationship at the start. He was the oldest and Louis had been a singer for the longest time, so their egos clashed causing a major problem. He went on to say that they hid it well though. It all worked out well though, considering how Liam now regards Louis as one of his most reliable friends.
