Ariana Grande Takes a Stand Against Hackers Who Leaked Her Songs

Ariana Grande is taking a bold stance against those who leaked her unreleased music, particularly songs from studio sessions with Grammy-winning producer Max Martin, including the track ‘Fantasize,’ which surfaced on TikTok.

In an interview on the Zach Sang Show, the ‘7 Rings’ singer, 30, expressed her frustration about the leaked songs, clarifying that they were originally written for an unnamed TV show, not for her releases. Playfully addressing the hackers, she stated, “I’ll see you in jail, literally,” emphasizing the severity of the situation.

Grande recounted the backstory of ‘Fantasize,’ revealing it was a parody of a ’90s girl group vibe and was initially met with surprise by fans on TikTok. Despite the leaked version being different from the final product, Grande acknowledged the excitement of some seedling ideas from that time making their way onto her album. She also humorously mentioned that hackers had “stolen them again.”

When asked about fanmade songs using artificial intelligence to replicate her voice, Grande expressed disapproval, stating, “Yes, what are we doing? Why? I hate it.”

In January, Grande announced her upcoming seventh studio album, ‘Eternal Sunshine,’ set to be released on 8th March. The album features the lead single ‘Yes, And?’ – a house music-inspired track penned and produced by Grande, Martin, and Ilya Salmanzadeh. The accompanying music video, directed by Christian Breslauer, showcases Grande’s captivating performance, with a remix featuring Mariah Carey also released last month.
