Austin Butler and Kaia Gerber’s Relationship Flourishes

Austin Butler and Kaia Gerber’s relationship continues to thrive. According to a source cited by PEOPLE, the couple, who spent part of Memorial Day Weekend in New York City, are described as “going strong.” The source observed them holding hands and sharing affectionate moments during a dinner outing on 24th May, followed by a visit to a club in the city. Their romantic evening included a stop at Smalls Jazz Club in the West Village after dining at Waverly Inn nearby.

After their time in New York City, Butler, 32, made an appearance at the Indy 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, where he waved the green flag to kick off the auto race on 26th May.

This recent outing in the Big Apple follows Gerber’s support for Butler at the London premiere of his film ‘Dune: Part Two’ in late February. Photos shared on Instagram show Gerber mingling with fans at the event before joining Butler for the premiere’s afterparty.

The couple was photographed hand-in-hand as they arrived at the bash, with Butler donning a black Gucci suit and Gerber stunning in a black shimmery Tom Ford gown and jacket.

Their relationship timeline traces back to December 2021 when romance rumours began circulating, and they publicly confirmed their relationship in March 2022 at W Magazine’s annual Best Performances party, just ahead of the Oscars. Two months later, they made their debut appearance as a couple at the Met Gala.

Gerber, 22, started dating Butler following her split from actor Jacob Elordi in November 2021, while Butler previously dated actress Vanessa Hudgens for eight years until their breakup in 2020.
