Ben Affleck Spotted With Wedding Ring in Santa Monica

Ben Affleck was seen wearing his wedding ring in Santa Monica, California, on Tuesday, 21st May, amid rumours of marital issues with Jennifer Lopez. Affleck, 51, sported a casual outfit of tan jeans and a navy button-up shirt while out with friends, his wedding ring visible on his left hand.

Earlier, Affleck had dinner at the upscale Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica.

On the same day, Lopez, 54, attended the premiere of her upcoming movie ‘Atlas’ at the Plaza Toreo Parque Central in Mexico City, walking the red carpet solo in a white Chloé gown with oversized ruffles and a plunging neckline. The gown’s design made it unclear if she was wearing her wedding ring.

This wasn’t the first solo event for Lopez amid the rumours. On Monday, 20th May, she attended the Netflix sci-fi movie premiere at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood alone, while Affleck was absent, busy filming ‘The Accountant 2.’

Reports suggest that things are rocky between Lopez and Affleck, who married in 2022 after rekindling their early 2000s romance. A source told PEOPLE that their marriage “is not in the best place at the moment.”

A music industry insider mentioned that Lopez and Affleck, living a few miles apart, have different approaches to life. “She likes to open her heart to her fans and to the world. He is more introspective and private. This has been difficult day-to-day.”

Despite the challenges, a film industry source noted Affleck’s admiration for Lopez’s hard work and success, although her openness and promotional style differ from his more private nature.
