Acclaimed British actor Benedict Cumberbatch will be honoured with the Golden Eye Award at the upcoming Zurich Film Festival (ZFF).
The two-time Academy Award nominee is set to attend the festival in person, where he will also present his latest feature film, 'The Thing With Feathers'. The film, which premiered at Sundance, marks a dual role for Cumberbatch—not only as the lead actor but also as a producer through his company SunnyMarch, in collaboration with Lobo Films.
Benedict Cumberbatch is set to host a public masterclass at the Zurich Film Festival as part of its ZFF Masters series. During the session, he’ll share personal experiences and professional insights, giving fans and emerging filmmakers a closer look at his journey and approach to acting.

Festival director Christian Jungen praised Benedict Cumberbatch as one of the most dynamic and emotionally resonant actors of his generation.
