Callum Turner has declined to address growing rumours that he could be the next James Bond as speculation around the iconic role continues to build.

The actor, known for his work in 'Eternity,' recently became a bookmaker's favourite for the part. In December, Coral placed him at 7-4 odds to replace Daniel Craig, putting him ahead of contenders like Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Henry Cavill.

While promoting his new film, 'Rosebush Pruning' at the Berlin International Film Festival, Callum Turner was asked how he is handling the intense buzz surrounding the Bond rumours and whether it has affected his daily life and work.

He said it was too early to discuss the topic and made it clear that he would not be commenting on the speculation.

His co-star, Tracy Letts, lightened the moment by joking that he was actually the next James Bond. Turner quickly played along, teasing that Letts was not supposed to reveal that information.

The rumours follow a report by Deadline claiming that Amazon, which took creative control of the Bond franchise in 2025, is searching for a fresh and relatively unknown actor to take on the role of 007.
